1. Make sure you have an excellent internet connection, preferably that your equipment is wired or close to WIFI.

2. It is important that if the red hang up icon is activated, do not press this icon. When you finish your presentation, please, just close the browser window. Thank you!

3. Make sure you have excellent Audio using a separate microphone or wireless headphones to avoid echoes or sounds that are unpleasant for our customers.

4. Make sure you have good lighting.

Once you have the URL of the day of the event, just Log In and it will show you the steps to validate the functions of your camera and microphone

Once the camera and microphone test is finished, the system will show you the various functions that the WEBINAR room shows you.

Step 1: The options shown are to activate cameras, microphone, shared screen.

Step 2: In this option you can see the multiple functions in which you can interact with the participants such as writing a chat, sending videos, documentation and other functions.

Step 3: In this option you can invite a user to the room.

Step 4: The event countdown (4 hours approx)

Step 5: Panic button, usually warns of any inconvenience a user has.

Step 6: Start the webinar

Step 7: You can start with the event.

If you are a guest speaker, this will be the room window that the system will show you.
